Our financial services stores

You can access your accounts and enjoy personal service at any one of our 15 Financial Services Stores in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Our Store network showcases state of the art technology, a queue free, open plan environment and some fun elements such as a jukebox and free tea or coffee. Most of our Stores also feature coin counting machines and free internet banking terminals.

NAB deposit service

You can make deposits to your Community First Credit Union accounts through any branch of the National Australia Bank, using a special deposit book which we can issue to you on request. Simply contact us or visit your nearest Community First Credit Union store to order one.


Australia Post outlets with the Bank@Post symbol

You can make deposits (including cheque deposits) and withdrawals to and from your Community First account(s) at any Australia Post outlet displaying the Bank@Post symbol. This service provides you with added convenience in the event you are unable to get to a Community First store


Personal service by phone

You'll be surprised at what you can do with one telephone call. Community First Direct can help you with any kind of inquiry you might have, including opening new accounts such as home loans and term deposits.
Our friendly team are here to help you on weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 3pm. 

Phone Banking

You can access information on all your accounts through our 24-Hour Account Enquiries Service, seven days a week. This is an automated service, which you use by using the keypad on your phone. 
You can complete many transactions over the phone conveniently and with total security, for the price of a local call (higher rates from mobile phones).

Internet Banking

Through Community First Internet Banking you can conduct a wide range of transactions at a time that suits you. These include BPAY® for bill paying, transfers between internal and external accounts, redraw from your Community First loans, activate your Visa card, manage your personal details, set up alerts and regular payments and change your passwords. There are no set up fees, no access charges and no 'business hours' as it is a 24 hour service.

Mobile Banking

If you’re out and about, your banking is now more convenient than ever with Community First's mobile banking application. This application allows you to access our secure mobile banking site and can also help you locate your nearest Community First Financial Services Store by providing you a map view of Store locations 


With a Community First Visa card, you can withdraw funds from your account(s) and check your account balance. Our cardholders have access to direct charge free ATMs via our Community First branded ATMs and can also access cash from over 10,000 ATMs provided by the big banks across Australia, direct charge free.  

SMS and email alerts

Our free alerts service lets you to stay in control of your finances and avoid any surprises. All you need to do is select what you'd like to be notified of, and we'll automatically send you an SMS or email alert as it happens.
