E-statements give you the convenience of having your statement history at the click of a button. By registering , you will also be helping the environment by doing away with paper statements.

Advantages of e-statements

E-statements will reduce paper wastage – no more paperwork which is good for the environment. They will also make your life easier by storing all your statement information in a single secure environment within Internet Baning. Never lose a statement again! It’s also faster than a traditional paper statement as there is no postage required. We will send you an email as soon as your statement is ready for viewing.

What are e-statements?

E-statements are the electronic delivery of your regular statements. They are much more environmentally friendly as they replace your current paper statements you receive in the mail.

You can still print your statements if you need to. They are absolutely free and you can register by contacting us.

How do I view and access my e-statements?

Simply log onto your Internet banking and click ‘accounts’ followed by ‘e-statements’ from the top menu.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as my e-statements?

No. If you elect to receive e-statements, you will receive all your statements electronically. You cannot receive statements for some accounts online and others as paper statements. You can revert to paper statements should you no longer wish to receive e-statements.

Are e-statements safe and secure?

Yes, e-statements are a reliable & secure way of receiving your regular account statements. Your statement is stored behind a fire wall and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption which means it is well protected.

When will my e-statement be available?

Your e-statement will be made available at the same time your normal statements are issued. You will receive an email notifying you when your latest e-statement is available.

How long will my e-statement be available for?

Your e-statement will be available for 7 years from the date of issue.
