Get a statement

If you need a copy of your statement, here’s how you can go about getting a copy.

Where can I view my loan statement?

If you’re registered for e-statements, you’ll receive a monthly e-statement which you’ll be able to access from Internet Banking.

If you’ve requested paper statements, you’ll receive your statement in the mail each month. You should ensure you keep your address and email details up to date.

You can also view transaction history on your loan from Internet Banking and mobile banking.

How can I request a copy of my statement?

A benefit of e-statements is that you never have to lose a statement again because you’ll have your statement history available within Internet Banking.

If you’re receiving paper statements and need to request a copy of a statement, you’ll need to contact us to have a replacement sent out. Please note that a fee may apply.

You should refer to our fees and charges schedule for current fees and charges.
