We’ve made some changes to some of our fees and charges in December 2023.
We’ve made the following changes this month to fees and charges:
Christmas Cracker Account
Effective from 1 December 2023, we’ve removed all electronic transaction fees and the over-the-counter cash withdrawal fee from the Christmas Cracker Account.
This means account holders will no longer incur a fee to transfer money to another bank or withdraw cash over the counter from their Christmas Cracker Account at one of our eligible stores.
As this is an account designed to help save for Christmas, a withdrawal fee will still apply each time a withdrawal is made between 1 February and 31 October.
Coin deposit fee
Effective 12 December 2023, the coin deposit fee of $5 has changed to 1% of the transaction amount.
For un-bagged coins, the daily coin deposit limit is $100. For bagged coins, the daily coin deposit limit is $5,000.
