How to change your repayments

What information can I change?

You can make changes to your loan repayments to ensure they better meet your needs. Examples of information you can change include:

  • The frequency of your repayments – this can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  • The account your repayments are deducted from.
  • The amount we deduct on a regular basis- you must ensure at least the minimum repayment is made however you can elect to repay a higher amount to get ahead on your loan.

How can I make a change?

We here to make the process simple for you. To make a change to your loan, simply give us a call or visit one of our stores and one of our team can discuss and make the requested changes for you.

Please note that we cannot action changes to your loan over email or online chat as we need to verify you before making any changes.
