What has been updated?
The fee for a Balance enquiry performed at any ATM (previously listed as $1.50) was listed incorrectly. The correct fee for this transaction is $1.25 and we have now updated our Fees and Charges Schedule to show this correct lesser fee amount.
Community First ensures that members performing this transaction have always been charged the correct amount of $1.25. We have simply updated our Fees and Charges Schedule to reflect the correct fee amount.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Please note you may also be charged a direct charge fee by the ATM operator for withdrawals or balance enquiries for non-rediATMs.
