Community First is a participating lender in the Government’s SME Guarantee Scheme. Under the Scheme, the Government is guaranteeing 50% of new loans issued to SMEs by eligible lenders such as Community First.

The FirstBiz Flexi Loan is an unsecured business loan of up to $250,000 over three years, accessible for use as working capital.

Available to eligible businesses until 30 September 2020, a FirstBiz Flexi Loan automatically gives you  a repayment holiday for the first six months, without the need to provide security for the loan.

Better still, the variable interest rate of 4.94%p.a.1 is exceptionally competitive – and your business will only be charged interest for the funds you use.
