We’re always working on new ways to improve our services. Which is why we’re working hard behind the scenes to bring members a new and improved mobile app, which we expect to launch in the coming months.

Our mobile app lets you manage your money on the go, so you can make transfers, check balances, pay bills, manage your cards and more. It’s an easy and convenient way to stay in control of your money, wherever you are.

Not just a face-lift

The new mobile app will offer more than just a crisp, new look. You can expect a number of improvements designed to make life easier including enhanced security, the ability to reset your Internet Banking Password and update details, payees and PayIDs.

Members will also be pleased to know that you’ll be able to view pending transactions. These transactions make up the difference between your current and available balance and are currently only visible within Internet Banking. Plus, you’ll be able to redraw funds in advance on your loans and easily share a payment receipt.

What to expect

When the time comes to switch over to the new app, we may send app users alerts and communications to let you know what’s happening. On the day the new app is launched, your current app will be replaced with the new one so you’ll need to go through the registration process again. That means you’ll need to know your Internet Banking password. Provided you have this, it’s a simple, quick and intuitive process which will only take a moment.
