Internet Banking Upgrade

On Sunday 19 February, our banking system was upgraded.

 

As a result of the upgrade, we have been experiencing some disruptions to Internet Banking accessibility. We are currently taking steps to re-stablise the system and assure you that any outage you experience is temporary.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during this time. In the event you do experience an issue logging in to Internet Banking, please try again later.

 

Some of the features of our new Internet Banking

You Internet banking will still feature the same layout to keep the transition simple, however you will benefit from:

  •  An improved look and feel
  • Some renamed menu options to make them more intuitive
  • The ability to see pending card transactions so you can understand the difference between your current and available balance.
  • The ability to view items yet to clear including cheque deposits, and deposits made via Bank@post transactions.
