Are you insured with CGU Insurance?
Community First offers general insurance through CGU Insurance (owned by IAG). If you have been impacted by the bushfires, are insured with CGU and need to make a claim, we urge you to contact them on 13 24 80.
A message from IAG
It is still too dangerous for their people to access many areas, but where they can, they already have assessors on the ground. They also have teams at recovery centres, helping customers who have been evacuated, with immediate priorities centred on emergency accommodation and access to emergency payments. They’ve also established a dedicated team to prioritise bushfire claims and offer customers access to a counselling service.
