Green Loans NSW and other states

You can apply for a green loan with Community First regardless of which state you live in. If you're looking at buying an environmentally friendly product such as whitegoods, solar panels or even a car, Community First can offer you a low rate loan that won't cost you the earth. It's our way of rewarding you for making greener choices.
We don't charge any monthly loan account keeping fees, we enable you to make additional repayments on your loan and access redraw, and if you want to pay out your loan early, you can.

Which products qualify for our green loans?
|
If you are buying a car, cars that have a 4, 4.5 or 5 star environmental rating qualify for our green car loan. Visit our green car loan page to find out more about the features and benefits of this loan and to see if the car you’re looking at qualifies.

If you are buying other environmentally friendly products, Community First Green loans NSW enable you to buy products with a five-star rating with the Green Personal Loan. These products could include solar hot water systems, insulation, double glazing and rainwater tanks. Who can apply?

You can apply for a green loan regardless of which state you live in Australia. In addition:

- You are over 18 years old
- You have a regular income
- You’re not bankrupt
- You’re an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have an approved work visa
- Your financial history for the previous five years is free of defaults on loans, store cards, interest-free finance or credit cards

How to apply
|
You can apply for a Green Loan online, by calling 1300 13 22 77 or visiting your nearest financial services store. To ensure fast approval, we may request documentation to support your application so that if approved, we can issue contracts immediately.
