1. Make use of our free transactions - not all transactions cost money
Our free transactions are:
2. Take out some extra cash when you are paying by EFTPOS. This way you can save an ATM withdrawal fee at a later time. However if you need to make a withdrawal from an ATM, make larger than needed withdrawals rather than multiple small withdrawals.
3. Always ensure that you have sufficient cleared funds in your account to avoid dishonour fees.
4. Consolidate your business - to take advantage of our Member Balance Allowance, you might want to consider moving the business you have elsewhere to Community First to gain increased benfits under the allowance.
5. Sign for all Visa transactions - when conducting a Visa transaction, select the credit button and sign for your transaction.
6. Avoid direct charge fees by using either the rediATM network or NAB's ATM network, which has recently joined the rediATM network.
