Avoid surprises with our new alerts service

Staying in control of your finances and avoiding any surprises on your accounts, just got easier with Community First. Our new Alerts service allows you to get the latest information on your accounts via SMS or by email.

You can choose to be notified on the following events:

  • Your end of day account balance on a regular basis
  • If there has been a deposit or withdrawal of an amount greater than or equal to a nominated amount
  • When a direct debit or a direct credit of a nominated amount is made to a account
  • When your account reaches a particular balance (low or high)
     

How do I register?

Registering is easy and it’s free, so why not give it a try. If you are a registered Internet Banking user you can register through the Internet Banking site.

Simply:

  1. Log on to Internet Banking
  2. Go to 'Other' and select 'Alerts' from the drop down menu
  3. Click the 'New Alert' button to add a new alert

Alternatively call 1300 13 22 77 to register.
