|To retrieve the remaining balance on the card, simply visit www.cashpassport.com.au click on "Help Centre" followed by "Replace card or cash out" and then follow the prompts.|
Cash outs are processed within 2 busines days. Note: Cash Outs of foreign cards will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate prior to crediting to the customers bank account. There is a AU$10 fee to Cash Outs via this site Or, you can simply access funds via a local MasterCard ATM machine.
