Due to a major power outage that occurred from Friday afternoon 20th July to Saturday afternoon 21st July, our call centre (1300 13 22 77) and Telephone Banking services (1300 13 16 99) were temporarily unavailable. Response to emails via askus@communityfirst.com.au were also unavailable during this time.

This issue has now been resolved and all telephone and email services are now fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this outage.

As a result of the outage, high call volumes may increase the wait time for calls to our call centre (1300 13 22 77) on Monday 23rd July. Alternatively, you can email your query to askus@communityfirst.com.au or via secure email from within Internet Banking.
